Administration of State Environmental Remediation Programs

Williams & Company Consulting, Inc. provides third party administration services for the Missouri Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund (PSTIF).

Williams & Company Consulting, Inc. provides third party administration services to PSTIF including receiving and processing applications for insurance coverage, sending renewal notices, receiving and processing claims, and other accounting and record keeping services. Illinois Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund

Williams & Company Consulting, Inc. provided third party administration services to the Illinois Drycleaner Environmental Response Trust Fund from December 1998 through June 2020. These services included receiving and processing license applications, receiving and processing applications for insurance coverage, receiving and processing claims and other accounting and record keeping services.

Iowa's Underground Storage Tank Program

In the fall of 1989, Williams & Company Consulting, Inc. was awarded a contract with the state of Iowa as Administrator of Iowa's Underground Storage Tank Program. Williams & Company was selected at each contract re-bidding and provided all administrative and technical services to Iowa's Underground Storage Tank Program from inception through its privatization in 2000.
